Paramount MWC is offering EB-5. The project will be raising 10% or $75m through EB-5, which means only 150 visas will be available. Currently about 120 spots are already taken. 

 

In case of EB-5, we lower the deposit amount for the unit to 30% plus additional $500,000 for the EB-5 is required, which could later be used to close on the unit. The program term is 5 years with 0.5% interest paid annually. Paramount MWC will be completed in 2 years. At that point, the client will have 3 different options: close on the unit in cash by paying additional 70%, get financing or delay the closing (in this case, the unit will be rented and all the proceeds will be split 70/30% between the developer and the client).

 

The following are the cost of the program:

$500,000 Capital Commitment (Loan)

$50,000 Regional Center Fee

$20,000 Attorney Fee

$7,000 USCIS Application Fees

A few important points why Paramount EB-5 program is one of the best on the market: Only 14% of financing comes from EB-5, over 30 Jobs will be created per investor, Completion Guarantee, Refund Guarantee, the project is under construction and 65 % sold.
