Real Estate Agent
Born in the northern Caribbean sub-tropical island of Cuba, I truly enjoy and appreciate people of different ethnic and national backgrounds. Migrating to the US in my early childhood and raised in the “melting pot” of South Florida afforded me the opportunity to embrace cultural diversity. As a real estate agent professional in the industry, it is important to understand and accept people different from ourselves and learn how to cater to their ideas and practices that shape their lives, emotions, needs and wants.
I graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), with a dual concentration in Management & International Business in August 2004 and a Master of Science (MS), in Human Resources Development with high honors earning a Medallion of Distinction for Excellence in Civic Engagement in April 2006.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked in Corporate America 20+ years in several management roles spearheading a full spectrum of HR operations, systems, and programs for Fortune 500 company branches throughout the U.S. and Latin America and local markets. Two decades into my professional career and having reached the pinnacle of success, I moved to Central Florida with my family and opted for a career change in real estate, where I was able to leverage my current experience into transferable skills, bringing credibility to the function through personal integrity, leadership, and professional expertise.
My passion for helping people is fairly simple and comes naturally to me. I am currently committed to helping home buyers and sellers with the highest level of expertise in my local market. This commitment level has helped me build a remarkable track record of delivering results.
